CHINA VISA HANDLING SERVICE
Our office is authorized by Chinese Consulate General to handle
China visa service
VCIT can handle visa application for Canadian citizen living in B.C.
or in Yukon area.
* For Canadian living in other province, please submit your
application at a Chinese consulate nearest to the city
you are living in.
* For American passport holder who live in B.C. or in Yukon area ,
please provide copy of your working visa or your
PRC (Permanent Resident Card)
* For American passport holder who has neither a working visa nor a
PRC, you are required to submit your
application in person at the Chinese Consulate.
All visitor visiting China need to apply an Entry Visa prior to
arrival in China. The validity of tourist visa is for 3 months from
date of issuance. The duration of stay allowed for a single entry
visa is usually 30 days ; if you need more than 30 days of duration,
you need to specify on the application form.
Relevant documents for different types of
visa:
1) For Tourist
"L" visa:
A valid passport; A
recent photo; Completed visa application form; Proof of hotel
reservation (s) in China; Round-trip air tickets.
2) For
Family-visit "L" visa:
A valid passport; A
recent photo; Completed visa application form; Proof of a
relationship with family members living in China; Round-trip air
tickets.
Remarks ( for applicant wish to apply for multiple entries visa )
Multiple entries visa is temporary not available via travel agency.
Such application need to contact the Chinese Consulate in person.
Visa application form can be download from our website. You may
reproduce (photocopy) the application form if you need more.

What you need to do?
1/ Send the required documents to VCIT ; allow sufficient time to
process your application
2/ Mark clearly how you would prefer your visa / passport to be
return. If you wish us to return your documents by
mail, please included a well-addressed envelope. And add a postage
surcharge of Cad$ 10.00 for destination
within British Columbia. Rest of Canada, the postage surcharge is
Cad$ 15.00
3/ If you wish to use a courier service , such as Fed-Ex, Airborne
or UPS, Please enclose a prepaid waybill, or your
account information for the return mail.
4/ VCIT only accept payment by cheque or money order. Please make it
payable to: VCIT or CITS (Vancouver)
Things to know
1/ CITS Vancouver shall not be responsible for any mishandling of
the mail incurred by the post office or any
courier delivery services.
2/ Refund of visa fee will not be available should the application
is cancelled voluntarily or being rejected by the
Chinese Consulate.
3/ Visa fee and application requirements change from time to time.
